Not only am I a landlord, I am the father of two daughters in college.....and of course they did not go to UNH to save me a boat load of money!
Folks, thank you for your interest in our property. My wife and I have been in the Durham community for 35 years in a variety of capacities. Coaching three different sports first brought me to UNH, and we have been landlords for over 25 years. We are very proud of our properties and wish our daughters had the same off-campus housing options where they attend school.
At our property we offer individual bedrooms in every apartment. Our two, three, and four bedroom apartments all meet or exceed local and state life safety regulations. Our property is within walking distance to everything in town / on-campus. Furthermore, we provide a parking space to every tenant.
Our lease is a two-page, simple, individual lease for every tenant. The individual lease segregates you and your child's responsibilities from those of the other roommates. You are not responsible for the tenancy of your son or daughters roommates.
Our lease allows your son or daughter to enjoy the apartment with friends, but social occupancy guidelines in the lease clearly outline what is expected/ allowed at the property.
